I think I would rather put pins in my eyes than write a bio about myself. I have gone to write this about 1,000 times and it just felt so weird, unnatural and just not me!! So rather than bore you with where I grew up…went to school….how many children I have….BLAH, BLAH, BLAH…I’d rather tell you what I am passionate about. Besides my faith, family and friends Real Estate is my love!! After almost 20 years in the business I still love what I do. I am probably more passionate about it today than ever, because as I reflect on my career, I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to help so many people make one of their most important decisions of their lives. There are no two days, homes, or transactions that are the same. I embrace the businesses constant learning curve and challenges, and pride myself in saying I am not a realtor, but a problem solver!! But most importantly, my clients and their happiness along they way is my number one goal, and because of this my clients turn into friends and these friends become part of T…

Speaking of family, I also would like to introduce to you my husband Ed who I have not only been married to for 35 years, but who has shared this real estate journey with me for the last 12 years. I never give him enough credit, but my (our) business would not be where it is today without him. As in any business there are so many “behind the scenes” things that take place, need to be addressed and solved and he is the “go to” guy for our entire team. He is the most unselfish person in the world who tirelessly works for our entire team and has always said.. “I was famous once in my life, now it is Dana’s turn.” Just google him, I promise he has a much more colorful background than me!! Now onto the rest of Team who I proudly call my extended family and some who are actually part of my family!! I thought it best I share their stories with you, as I personally handpicked each and everyone one of them and they are my greatest assets.. All of these incredible women have different skill sets and personalities that makes our team so special!! After you are finished reading about them I am confident you feel our unique bond that helps us achieve our clients goals and truly make dreams come true!!

Next to my husband Ed, Moira has been my longest standing team member. I will never forget the day she called me and said she wanted to go into real estate. Of course I was over the moon, but at the same time an overwhelming feeling of nervous responsibility came over me. Did I want to be a team leader? Did I have the skills to train her? What if she didn’t like working with me? what if she failed? After all she is my baby sister who had a very successful career in corporate America. A salary, benefits, bonus’s ….I remember asking her, “are you sure”? I even tried talking her out of it by saying “you might not make a dime for a year or two”, but there was no way she was letting my insecurities stop her. She hit the ground running just over 10 years ago and she is her own success story and I couldn’t be more proud of her. 6 years ago I remember Moira asking for me to have a cup of coffee with her friend Liz who was considering getting in the real estate business. Honestly I wasn’t looking to grow my team. Moira, Ed and I had a great thing going, but I said “ok I will meet with her just to talk about the business, not my business. Well for those of you that now me I think a quarter of the conversation revolved around real estate, and three quarters was myself being attracted to Liz and her story. I could sense almost immediately that we had the same moral compass, and her reasons for being attracted to real estate were exactly the same ones I had 14 years ago. Someone gave me start and now is was my turn to help someone else. Help, she did not need as she embraced the business immediately. What she didn’t know lay ahead for her a short time after she got licensed was a set of twins and red heads at that. I will never forgot when she came into the office and asked ” are you going to fire me”? I told her I would fire her if she did not take the …

She works tiredly for her clients and has a “never give up” attitude that I admire and I know her clients are thankful for.!! She has been a Main Liner for life ( with a short stay in London) just like Moira and myself and the people she knows and overall knowledge of the area are invaluable attributes that she offers to her buyers and sellers.

Flattered is an understatement, when a past client gets her real estate license and asks to be on your team. Having worked intimately with Linda and her family to help them find the next house of their dreams…there is no better way to get to know someone. You get to know their likes and dislikes, you get to know their personality, you get to know how their mind works, their backgrounds and potential future. When Linda asked me…she had me at ” can i join…..” and my immediate response was … ” it would be our honor!! Linda tackles everything in life at 150%. Her infectious work ethic and corporate background as severed her well along with attention to detail. Licensed since 2018 her business has continued to grow ever year and she had the teams biggest sale of 2020 at $3,000,000. Linda is a tremendous asset to the Hospodar Team and if you are lucky enough to work with her you will quickly realize in are in great hands as she will make your transaction seamless from start to finish!!
Maddie Paolantonio
When Maddie contacted me about trying to help her and her husband find a home as they wanted to move back to the area, I was honored. Maddie was our sons grade school friend and I have known her since she was a little girl. So calling me “Mrs Hospodar” seemed quite appropriate to fast forwarding one day when she announced to me she self taught herself the real estate classes and was going to take the test. Of course she passed with flying colors as whatever Maddie does she succeeds in. An entrepreneur in every sense of the word Maddie in just one year has not only passed the test, joined our team, has numerous sales under her belt….. and now finally calls me Dana!! As her niece says,” Maddie can do anything”, which is so true and I know she has a very promising real estate career ahead of her!!

Crazy to think my own daughter would want to join me after witnessing and literally living in our real estate world for almost the last 20 years. She has seen it all, the good and the bad, so certainly Ashton did not make this decision without a lot of knowledge about the business. Thrilled would be an understatement as my eyes are currently welling up with tears as I write this. Ashton is our oldest daughter and from the time she was a little girl her Type A personality has helped her achieve so many goals in life that I have no doubt she will be a huge success in real estate. Actually having only just gotten her license a couple of months ago, she already has achieved success with a couple of solds. Her “take charge” attitude coupled with having been born and raised on the Main Line, has given and will continue to give all of her clients the upper edge which you need so badly in todays competitive market. Hopefully she has learned a thing or two from her old Mom here and knowing Ashton she will be teaching me a thing or two!! Dreams do come…

Bianca Hospodar
The blondtourage continues not to mention beautiful youth as my latest team mate to join, is our daughter in-law Bianca. She started dipping her toes in the business with assisting me, (ha ha ha actually doing it all) our social media presence and so much more!!. One thing lead to another and I quickly realized that Bianca’s hunger to learn coupled with her extraordinary skill set and past business experiences would make her a perfect addition to the Hospodar Team as a licensed agent!! Her organizational skills are second to none, which one needs so badly in this business, and there has not been a career in her life that she has not been successful in!! Her extensive knowledge of our ever changing electronic world that we live in is certainly a benefit to all of her clients, not to mention our entire team!! She is one of the hardest working people I know and Bianca will work tirelessly for you until she achieves your goals. Bianca is the ultimate teammate and I am thrilled that she has joined me!!
